Download Client Workspaces
Download the Full Client Workspace Configurations (05/06/2025) and decompress it before import it to access the individual workspace files. only for module versions 3.x and 4.x
Import Configurations
The workspaces provided in the zip are divided by tracking platforms. To ensure optimal performance and avoid unnecessary configurations, just import only the workspaces for the platforms you need:
Tip
First Platform: This process is recommended just for new integrations or for clean the whole workspace of previous configurations.
Upgrade or Add New Platforms: is recommended for upgrades, or when you need to add a new tracking platform.
First Platform
- Click on Admin tab
- Click on Import Container
- Select the configuration file to import
- Select the workspace
- Select Overwrite to remove old tags and clean up your current workspace
- Click on Confirm
- Click on Submit to publish all changes
- Select option Publish and Create Version
- Add a name and description to identify this configuration for a possible rollback
- Click on Publish to enable the changes in your site
Upgrade or Add New Platforms
- Click on Admin tab
- Click on Import Container
- Select the configuration file to import
- Select the workspace
- Select Merge to combine old tags with the new ones
- Click on Overwrite Conflicts
- Click on Confirm
Preserve Customizations
If you have customized any of the elements in your workspace, you can preserve the custom parameters before publishing the new configuration.
- Sort list to group all modified elements
- Search for elements that you know has customizations
- Click on right menu and select the View Change
- You must click on each conflict to decide which solution apply

The left panel is the current element configuration, think of the custom parameter as any other customization made by you, and the right panel is how the element will be configured after the changes are published.
- To preserve your customization, click on copy change
- Verify that final configuration includes your customizations and the new changes introduced by the upgrade file
- Click on Save

Remember to repeat the process on each customized element
Publish Changes
Once you have imported and reviewed the changes, you can publish the new configuration.
- Click on Submit to publish all changes
- Select option Publish and Create Version
- Add a name and description to identify this configuration on a possible rollback
- Click on Publish to enable the changes in your site
