Cookie consent could be handled by a cookie module or an external service like Cookiebot or similar, henceforth ( CMP ).

The ( CMP ) is who stores and updates the user's consents; Depending on how the service is implemented, it will handle those consent requests by consent web API or by a custom GTM deployment.

If your ( CMP ) integration is by a PrestaShop module, be sure that is compliant with the Google API web consent, more info...

If your implementation is by an external service, read the provider documentation in order to properly deploy the consent request by each visitor, usually by a custom GTM implementation.

Regarding this module and the GTM workspace implementation it is not necessary to apply any special action; once the ( CMP ) is properly deployed, GTM will adapt the tag behavior accordingly.
